Consultation
Let me plan, shop and cook a personalized menu just for you. The service begins with a consultation session where I learn about the type of food you are looking for, your sourcing needs and any dietary restrictions. We also discuss what type of food storage you prefer and any additional cooking equipment or supplies needed. I then propose a menu to you a few days before the cook date that can be altered to suit your needs. |

Cooking Day
On the scheduled cook date I shop for all the ingredients that meet your sourcing needs whether local, organic or for special dietary requirements. At your home I prepare and package the meals with reheating instructions and leave your kitchen clean and your refrigerator stocked. |
